Expert discussion on reforming and enforcing legislation in the field of cultural heritage protection

UNESCO in cooperation with the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Humanitarian and Information Policy and Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, invites representatives of the cultural heritage protection sector to a public presentation of a joint project on the analysis and synchronization of Ukrainian legislation in the field of cultural heritage and to the discussion on the current state of the legal framework for protecting and managing cultural heritage, priorities and gaps for the sector’s legal reform.

Representatives of the following groups are invited to participate: non-governmental organizations, state and municipal institutions, local governments, deputies, departments of culture and cultural heritage, and business entities of all forms of ownership, as well as heritage experts.
